A company can only either have a positive or a negative corporate image and nothing else. This is another case of being black and white and no gray area in between. You only have two choices, either your reputation is positive or it is not. The good news is that if you currently have a negative corporate reputation these days, you can take necessary steps to bring it back to positive. And of course, if you are enjoying a positive reputation, then you can still do something to maintain your positive reputation in the community.
Your company’s aim should be to have a reputation that will speak well of the brand that you carry. What are the kinds of reactions that you get when people hear about your brand? How about the people behind your product?
